Ageing of the
sweetness.

Wash alone in cool water with a neutral soap. Dry in shade. Indigo will soften and transfer naturally with wear.

As the gur ages, the saltiness gradually reduces while the sweetness profile steadily rises. The liquid slowly thickens with a slight increase in viscosity. Remember to always store it in wintery conditions i.e. sitting deep in your refrigerator between uses. Never deep freeze it though.
